Does your apartment attract interest in the summer but sits empty afterwards? This is something I can help you with! I assist families from various parts of Northern Europe in finding a place where they can work online comfortably and enjoy the sun between September and June.
My clients stay over for at least a month, but typically 6-9 months. What about having them as your guests?
I’m not a real estate agent, nor just another platform like Booking or Airbnb. I personally know my guests and seek properties that match their needs. I ensure that the connection between the landlord and tenants is beneficial for both sides.
