Staying in Kasia's town was one of my most beautiful memories from Spain. Peace, space, inspiring conversations and long moments of peace, interspersed with walks, baths, bicycle trips. Everything under hand, depending on my and my child's needs.
Our stay in Altafulla gave us a lot of joy and rest. The kids were delighted with the sandy beach and we were delighted with the small-town atmosphere. We will definitely repeat the trip!
It all began back in October 2022…
…when I made the decision to escape the Polish autumn and seek out something different. I found myself wondering, ‘What about a beach? Plus, temperatures above 20°C instead of -5? Sunny days without the hustle and bustle of a big city and its traffic?’ I craved something simple and peaceful for myself and my two little ones.
When I arrived in Altafulla, it suddenly felt real. I soon realized that I wasn’t the only one with such an idea. There were plenty of us here! People from all corners of the globe, of all ages, with kids and without, enjoying their sabbaticals, working remotely, or simply taking a two-month break from it all.
Now, alongside my daily responsibilities, I assist those who wish to come to Spain and join our community or simply find an escape from it all. Let me know what you need, and I’ll lend you a hand!
